Drawing on her extensive research into the Helen Hartness Flanders Ballad Collection, this delightful program features songs from Debra's 2005 recording, "Dad's Dinner Pail and Other Songs From the Helen Hartness Flanders Collection". Many of thyese songs were collected in the Northeastern United States, but can also be traced to their origins in the British Isles. The Flanders Concert Program is an engaging presentation consisting of two 45-50 minute sets of stories and songs woven together from this captivating New England collection. Debra also includes informative and fascinating descriptions about the songs themselves as well as the source singers who first gave these songs to Mrs. Flanders
